Kinbrook Residents Showcase the Best of Their Community

Moremac put a call out to the active resident’s group to snap a picture during their next visit to of Kinbrook’s parks and share it with the community to go in the running for one of four prizes.

The resulting entries not only showcased some of the estate’s newest amenities, but also inspired residents to take full advantage of what is on offer from walking the dog, playing in the playground, completing a workout or simply taking a moment to bask in the sunshine on a winter’s day.

Moremac received a number of engaging entries and glowing feedback on the amenities including one resident who said; “Perfectly close to home so when our son and French bulldog are tired it’s not far to carry them lol. Perfect little resting area/BBQ area for those beautiful summer nights too."

By calling out to the residents, Moremac found an effective way to shine a light on some of the new and existing amenities within the development directly to residents.

“The benefit of having a strong relationship with our communities is that we can approach them directly to share with them news relating to their neighbourhoods,” said Lachlan Moore, Sales and Marketing Director at Moremac.

“We’ve had great take up of the new park at Kinbrook by reaching out to our residents through social media rather than an EDM campaign and that’s a result of the highly engaged community which continues to grow in the estate.
