Headwick, a 27-year-old nurse, was living with her parents and siblings, when the State Government’s Home Builder’s grant inspired her to begin the search for her first home.
After deciding it was the right time to find a place on her own, her father suggested they explore the nearby estate, Kinbrook.
“I looked up the estate online before visiting and was impressed by how close public transport and the highway are. But I was sold once I visited the estate in person - that was it for me!”.
On her visits, it was evident that Kinbrook was an idyllic place to live, with a selection of parklands and reserves surrounding the estate.
“You can tell as soon as you enter that it’s very quiet and peaceful”.
With plans to begin construction in November, Headwick is building with Carlisle Homes. She has chosen a single-storey, four-bedroom house which sits on a 447sqm lot, complete with an alfresco area and a brick façade.
“I can’t wait to move in and start exploring all that Kinbrook has to offer”.
